COURSE GOALS: Expected GSB Graduate Attributes (EBGAs)
The GSB graduates should be critical thinkers, business leaders, technically proficient and competent professionals, and effective communicators upon completion of the course.
LEARNING OUTCOMES: Upon completion of the course, the student is expected to be able to do the following:

| LO1: Present creatively and critically using technology/digital-based media of actual workplace practices and challenges on OB of a business organization.
LO2: Prepare a 20-page journal article that can be published in the GSB Management Journal on any OB topic covered in class and aligned with the SBU’s vision and mission.
LO3: Describe one’s meta-learning/reflection by answering the questions at the end of each case assigned on particular class meeting.
LO4: Explain clearly and coherently one’s critical insights on the topic for the day during class and small group discussions.

ACADEMIC CALENDAR The academic calendar of the Graduate School of Business is trimestral. Class days are held only on Saturdays from 8:00-9:00, 9:00-12:00 noon, 1:00-4:00 p.m. and 4:00-7:00 p.m.
METHODS OF INSTRUCTION The methods of instruction to be used by industry-practitioners faculty members will be largely dependent on the respective subject courses. These will vary from using the traditional lecture method to adopting more innovative techniques like reporting, case studies, simulation, brainstorming, debate, role-playing and others.
